The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is delighted to assist with transit visas upon request. Visas are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and are subject to local government regulations. A complete visa application form along with a clear passport copy and credit card details is to be received. The visa processing fee is AED 600.00 per applicant. The application process may take up to ten (10) local working days (Sunday – Thursday). Visa fees are non-refundable in the event of no-show, room cancellation or visa rejection by local authorities. Visa applications are subject to the approval by local authorities and the hotel will not be responsible for visa rejections or processing delays. Upon receipt of the entry visa from local immigration authorities a copy will be electronically forwarded to the guest for printing and presentation at the immigration desk upon arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to reject processing certain visas due to complications with some nationalities as specified by the Abu Dhabi Immigration Department. Visa regulations and charges are based on the Abu Dhabi Immigration’s legal terms and conditions and are therefore subject to change.

All below mentioned documents have to be received by electronic mail for processing the visa:

1.     Visa application form clearly completed in uppercase letters and signed for each applicant. (To be forwarded)

2.     Scanned colour copy of passport page with picture, with validity for 6 months ahead (only accepted in jpeg format not less than 30kb and not more than 37kb and all written information on the page has to be clear) for each applicant.

3.      Scanned colour copy of passport page that contains home address (normally the last page) for each applicant.

4.     Indian passport holders are required to send first and last pages of the passport (detailing guardian and/or spouse names) for each applicant.

5.     Scanned passport size recent picture in colour for each applicant.

6.     Scanned copy of confirmed return flight ticket for each applicant.

7.     All terms and conditions pages signed and dated by the applicant. (To be forwarded)
